We are happy to announce that have completed our development to document and monitor standard analogue telephone lines for our SLA customers that use Tyrmida telephone systems. On our website in the admin panel you will notice a new menu item called “Phonelines Overview” underneath the folder “SLA View”. This will show every telephone line for your company and to what device and which port number they are connected (Faxes, ADSL Modems, PBX systems etc).
This system allows our monitoring setup to automatically build its configuration to check and test telephone lines connected to our PBX solutions. It comes down to the ability to be notified and know if a telephone line is damaged within a few minutes of it breaking – thus ensuring that your phone services stay running and unaffected as much as possible.
